Our Garlic Bulbs/Seeds or Cloves are tested during and after the growth process. Not only are they tested for bad herbicides, pesticides and fungus they are also tested for deficiencies. If deficiencies are found the necessary steps are taken to correct before harvest, this ensures best quality bulbs and in effect best quality seeds
– Planting season is from Mid February to April (Western Cape up to May) – Planting to Harvest takes 6-9 Months – Minimum 25mm Water per week – Keep Clean from weed at all times – Garlic grows best in well-drained, moisture-retentive soil with pH between 6.5 and 7.4 – From 250 000 seeds per hectare
