Return Policy
Payments (full or deposit) are non-refundable after 7 days of receipt. Once seeds are collected, Garlic Farmers SA takes no responsibility for any damage caused by water, sunlight, pests, or disease. Seeds must be removed from boxes and stored in a cool, dry, and shaded area, protected from rain or moisture. The storage space must remain clean until planting. Seed performance is not guaranteed—please do your own research before planting. Our main planting season runs from mid-February to the end of April. Planting outside this window is at your own discretion—ensure that your region’s weather conditions are suitable. In the Western Cape and parts of Botswana, planting may extend into May. Garlic seed orders are only reserved upon receipt of a deposit. Seeds are typically released two weeks before your planned planting date, depending on seasonal conditions in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, and surrounding countries.
